Merge Fields are a powerful feature of CentreCRM that allow you to automatically fill in information taken from your Company, Clients, Contacts or Jobs. For example, you can list the contact name, client's address, your company name, the job deadline or a custom field you have assigned to anything.
When a Merge Field is placed in a template, the Merge Field will be automatically replaced with the correct information when the template is used.
