Client Types

Client Types allow you to categorize your Clients and you can assign a type to each of your Clients in CentreCRM.


CentreCRM provides a few common types by default, which can be edited or deleted as required.

To find Client Types:
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Client Types under the Types section

Adding Clients

  1. Click the Add Client Type button
  2. Enter the name of the cilent type
  3. Click Save

Editing Clients

  1. Click the Edit button on the client type you wish to edit
  2. Enter your new client type name
  3. Click Save

Deleting Cilents

  1. Click the Delete button on the client type you wish to delete
  2. Click OK on the confirmation box that appears
Note that if a Client Type has been used then it cannot be deleted.
