In order to ensure ongoing access to each of your organisations, it is necessary to enable subscriptions.

The first time you enable subscriptions for an organisation, you will be asked to enter payment card details. For each subsequent organisation you enable the same card details will be used. You can update your card details at any time.

To find Subscriptions:
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Subscriptions under the General section

Enabling Subscriptions

  1. Click Enable subscription for the company you want to enable the subscription on
  2. Choose the plan which fits your needs and click Subscribe
  3. Enter your card details and confirm subscription (if a card is already assigned to your account, the subscription will be enabled without asking for card details)

Changing Card Details

  1. Click Update card details and enter card details
  2. Click on Update
